Liked: The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The food was good.

Disliked: Everything was very tired and needed a good refresh. We were in our own MotorHome.

Liked: We absolutely love it, they were really friendly and helpful. We had a little issue with the socket for the electricity cable and they provided us with one. The food in the snack bar is delicious and the children loved the playground and the swimming pool. The slide was definitely a winner.

Disliked: There is no WiFi or reception in the area but it can be seen as a blessing.

Liked: Staff very pleasant and helpful only stayed for two night stopover no complaints but it did lack a holiday atmosphere we were the only ones dinning in the restaurant so didn't bother the second night but as I said no complaints and would probably try it again if passing that way

Disliked: No toilet paper

Liked: great remote location for walks in the nature. Big play area for the children (so do not expect a calm afternoon, they have fun :-)

Liked: Clean and friendly Lovely food Owners super help Myself and my daughter 10 year had an issue with my trailer light Owners were extremely help they tried to fix it when this was unsuccessful so they booked an appointment at garage for me where it was sorted. This was so helpful and definitely reduced my stress

Disliked: No WiFi and very little phone signal

Disliked: No hay papel en wc Poca cobertura No hay WiFi No se puede usar la piscina por la mañana....por la tarde de 15 a 19, por lo que si hace calor no puedes aprovechar Carretera de acceso complicada con remolque

Local attractions

Lots of splendid hiking and cycling trails start right on site for easy exploration of these scenic surrounds, and should you fancy something further afield the famed hiking trails around Saint-Léonard-des-Bois in the Mancelles Alps are a scenic 40 minute pootle by car. The vast leisure base a mere 25 minutes’ drive away in Sillé-le-Guillaume has plenty of fun family pursuits to get stuck into both in and out of the water, like boating, pedalo rides, fishing and canoeing, plus a tree-climbing and ziplining park, tiny-train tours, pony rides and miniature golf. The handsome and historic centre of Le Mans and its Bugatti circuit – home of the world's longest-running endurance car race – is 40 minutes’ drive away, and for further history-based day trips visit L'Epau Abbey, just outside the city, or an hour’s drive south of Smile et Braudières the Château du Lude, one of the many famed Loire Valley châteaux. Guests with tiddlers in tow can whisk them off to the 14-hectare Zoo de la Flèche, to gaze upon animal shows and meet the likes of rhinos, monkeys, panthers and elephants, all among a menagerie of 1,500 birds, reptiles and mammals settled into habitats among the zoo's thoughtfully laid-out enclosures.

Admission

Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
Units will be allocated on arrival.

Dogs

A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.
Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

Extras

Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

General

Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
Quiet hours must be respected between 11:30 p.m. and 8 a.m..
Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
The grocery shop is open between 01/01 and 31/12.
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
The restaurant is open between 15/04 and 30/09.

Pitches

A cable measuring at least 10 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Pool

Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.
Swimsuits are obligatory and swimming shorts or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.
The outdoor swimming pool is open between 30/06 and 15/09 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. between 09/07 and 26/08.
Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. between 01/01 - 08/07 and 27/08 - 31/12.

Safety

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
Firearms are not permitted.
Open fires are prohibited.

Vehicles

Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a touring caravan or a tent. If you wish to bring a car along with your motorhome/campervan please select the extra.
Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.

Visitors

Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
