On-site accommodation

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• The site will send you further check-in information 2 day(s) before your arrival.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 30 day(s) of arrival.
• Modifications are subject to a €15.00 (£12.96) fee.

Dogs

• Dogs are not allowed if you are staying in the accommodation units.
• Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

Extras

• Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

General

• Hammocks are not permitted.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• This is a quiet site: no music is allowed.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a €280.00 (£241.92) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required within 0 days of arrival and will be refunded within 7 day(s) of departure after inspection of your unit, should no damage/losses be found.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €80.00 (£69.12) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Pitches

• A cable measuring at least 15 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
• Pitches: a €30.00 (£25.92) deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure when returning the gate badge/barrier pass/toilet keys.
• You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Reception

• Reception is open from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. between 01/05 - 30/06 and 01/09 - 30/09.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 01/07 and 31/08.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
• Firearms are not permitted.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
• Open fires are prohibited.

Vehicles

• Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
• No vehicle movement between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.

Visitors

• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
