A waterpark, lots of on-site entertainment, sports fields and a sandy beach to laze on? Form an orderly queue and sign right up for a stay in the modern, family-friendly accommodation at Sun and Sea at Camping Le Bosc, a lively and well-maintained campsite surrounded by greenery close to Occitanie’s seafront resort of Saint-Cyprien.
Pretty much everything you need is on hand to make life very, very easy for you on site. Buy goodies to grill on the barbecue from the site shop, or forego the cooking altogether and make straight for restaurant and bar, where there is nightly entertainment during high season.
By day, keep your toddlers busy at the kids’ club, where they can burn off energy on treasure hunts, practising circus arts, playing team games… they certainly won’t have time to get bored. And your good selves? Get together with any older kids at the waterpark for a choice of four pools with slides. Stay in shape with Zumba sessions and up your fitness routine at aquagym or aquabike classes in the pool.
There’s more outdoorsy fun to be had with football and basketball matches on the multisports field, and don’t forget the pétanque court… Still not enough? Get yourselves down to Plage du Pont-Tournant (10 minutes’ drive) for volleyball on the beach, or have a try at sand yachting and kitesurfing.

Local attractions
Up your holiday’s cultural quota with a visit to historic Perpignan (20 minutes’ drive), where you can tour the 13th-century Palace of the Kings of Majorca, admire the decorative vaulted roofs and colourful stained-glass windows in the cathedral and spot works by Picasso in the Musée d’Art Hyacinthe Rigaud. Then retreat to a tapas bar in Saint-Jean old town and treat yourself to a feast of Catalan pintxos snacks.
Kids getting restless? Distract them with zipwiring adventures at Canyoning Park (15 minutes), or the high-octane rides and family carousels at Luna Park (10 minutes). Take younger offspring to meet unicorns, lions and fairies at Fantassia, Parc de la Féerie (also 10 minutes); older kids will probably prefer the rays and sharks at Oniria Aquarium (15 minutes).
On more leisurely days out, head for the Mediterranean Sea and laze on one of Saint-Cyprien’s wide choice of beaches. Need more action? Join a catamaran tour of the rugged coastline from the marina (10 minutes), or hire jet skies to find hidden coves and bays for yourselves.

all good, get what you pay for and i was happy.

Liked plenty of kitchen utensils and everything you need. Didn't use any campsite facilities like the bar, pool etc.
