Liked The local area is great. Beautiful seafood at Chez Jacky, just a short walk away. The oyster bar at the bottom of the hill is also very nice. There is a lovely woodland walk to the beach.
Disliked The site is not very well equipped. The local area really saves it. It is overgrown, untidy and a bit scary! Looks abandoned, everything very run down and in need of significant work to make safe. I would not stay here if travelling with young children - the site is not lit at night so potentially dangerous for late night toilet visits. Toys are provided but very dirty and old, the play area is broken and not useable due to potential injury. There is also no temperature gauge on the showers so, although hot, possibly too hot for children with no way of changing this. In addition, the bathroom bins were not changed once during our four night stay and the bathrooms/ toilets were not clean. The site is littered with abandoned static caravans and cars, electrics are sceptical with basic standing fans being used to keep the generators cool during the day. Only one water tap for whole site. I have added some photos but wish I had taken more.

Nous sommes bien désolés que vous n'ayez pas apprécié votre séjour.
Nous tenons cependant à rectifier certaines informations:
- nous sommes en interdiction de tonte en ce moment à cause des risques incendie et l'herbe n'est pas très haute.
- les zones prises en photo en lien avec les installations électriques ne sont PAS accessibles au public et derrière des grilles. Elles concernent l'installation solaire et ne concerne pas le camping.
- Les jeux sont anciens mais très appréciés des jeunes enfants dans ce bâtiment à l'abri lorsque la météo est moins bonne.
Il y a eu effectivement un oubli dans le ramassage des poubelles une journée. Nous en sommes désolés,
Pour terminer, nous vous rappelons que nous avons un camping 2 étoiles avec un prix/nuit très intéressant.
Nous restons à votre disposition pour échanger et nous souhaitons continuer à accueillir nos visiteurs dans ce site que nous essayons de préserver.

Liked Great location for exploring Pont Aven, and the surrounding area. Really quick, and easy walk from the site to Port Belon for a paddle, and wander along the cliff pathways - perfect for our dog. The local restaurant, Chez Jacky is a real gem, and we had the most amazing seafood supper.
We had a pitch totally in the shade, which was perfect for the warmer weather.
Disliked Yes, overall the facilities are a little tired but the two newer bathrooms are OK and the advatages of location, and a quiet site were more important for us.

Disliked The site appeared abandoned. Pitches badly mown with long dead grass.
The facilities appeared tucked in a long cattle barn.
2 showers. All doors locked to what could be toilets.
No one at reception.
We left without setting up.
I suppose OK if you like wild camping

alles in allem haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen

Liked ein ruhiger Platz, nicht überlaufen, unkompliziert. Sehr erlebenswert die Austernzucht 5 Min. zu Fuß entfernt.
Disliked Sanitäranlagen könnten tatsächlich modernisiert werden. Entsprechen jedoch den zwei Sternen.
Nicht alle Stellplätze haben einen Stromanschluss.
Jedoch ist die Beschreibung wahrheitsgemäß und deswegen auch keinen Punktabzug.
