Ever been surfing in Brittany? If you have, we think you might have heard of Pointe de la Torche, one of the most famed surfing spots in southern Bretagne and in Finistère: windsurfing, body boarding and kitesurfing occur among the foam too. If you haven't been surfing in Brittany, tsk. Sort it out with a stay at Camping de Lanven, which is four kilometres from Pointe de la Torche and Baie d'Audierne, with its long, sandy beaches, surfing and protected plant and animal species. In a central location in Pays Bigouden, the site is a short drive away from megalithic sites, chapels and coastal towns. The wild natural setting provides easy access to the Finistère countryside as well as its seaside and surf. Then, there are the site facilities to look forward to, where highlights include a playground and a small farm where little family members can let off steam. For an afternoon of games, head to the volleyball court or table tennis instead. In the summertime, the site also puts on entertainment based on Breton culture, adding yet more variety. For your meals, head to the small shop at reception to pick up supplies. If you happen to visit during July and August, there is also a snack-bar serving splendid dishes (the kind prepared with local produce), as well as a bread and pastry drop-off service and the option to order yourself a delicious breakfast. The snack-bar comes with a TV room, where there is a small library and board games for laidback activities.

Liked Friendly and helpful staff. Not a big site but well laid out. We had flat grass pitch for our VW and awning, private enough and excellent EHU. Food vans or bar available every night. We enjoyed live 3 piece band. Easy drive to shops and beaches. Really great site - a nice little find booking last minute as we drove off the Roscoff ferry.

Liked Calm and clean
Activities are proposed and nice choices : live concert, massage, traditionnal old games, pizzafood truck. People working are very pro.

Disliked Not easy to leave the dirty water as we have to go in 2 places

Liked Séjour très agréable, personnel très accueillant et chaleureux à refaire sans hésitation et je le recommande à ceux qui ne le connaissent pas encore..

Disliked J'ai trouvé qui manquait des crochets aux niveaux des cabines pour se laver à la main pour mettre notre sac ou serviettes.

Je vous ai montré la réservation reçue par pitchup, où il n'y avait pas l'électricité cohée. En comparaison, je vous ai montré une réservation où il y avait l'électricité. Je ne fais qu'appliquer ce que je recois de pitchup. Si l'erreur a été faite au départ, ce n'est pas ma faute. Idem, les reflexions sur le cout d'un chien, c'est marqué sur le site pitchup, il suffit de prendre le temps de lire.
Enfin, on vous a autorisé à stationner votre bateau à l'intérieur de l'enceinte du camping, sans supplément.
Etre aimable, ca vaut pour tout le monde. Je le suis, quand en face, j'ai des personnes aimables: j'ai échangé avec votre femme et votre fille ce qu'il y avait à faire aux alentours, l'échange s'est très bien passé, mais pour ca, il aurait fallu rester à l'accueil.

Liked This site really grew on me quite remote … early season so very quiet. Very warm welcome and helpful when my elec was not working , allowed to choose pitch , very clean facilities and piping hot water… don’t be put off by older looking building. Flat pitches large. Great walking locally and given great advice re this..
oh and exceptional free wi fi

Disliked Weather … but not the fault of campsite lol

All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
Unsupervised minors must have a letter of authorisation from their parents or legal guardian.

Arrivals and departures

Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
Units will be allocated on arrival.

Dogs

A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
