On-site accommodation

Admission

• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• Unsupervised minors must have a letter of authorisation from their parents or legal guardian.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
• Dogs are not allowed if you are staying in the accommodation units.
• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
• The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
• The bar is open between 01/06 and 31/08.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The restaurant is open between 01/06 and 31/08.
• The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
• The wellness centre is open between 01/04 and 30/10.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a €500.00 (£429.67) damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The site will contact you for your card details so that the deposit is pre-authorised on the card used to make your booking.
• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €150.00 (£128.90) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Occupancy

• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.
• Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.
• Swimsuits are obligatory and swimming shorts or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.
• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 01/06 and 15/09 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

• If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
• Reception is open from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. between 01/04 - 31/05 and 16/09 - 31/10.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 01/06 and 15/09.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
• Firearms are not permitted.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
• Open fires are prohibited.
• Please do not touch or feed the animals.

Taxes

• Local city/eco tax is included in the rate.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
• The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a touring caravan or a tent. If you wish to bring a car along with your motorhome/campervan please select the extra.
• Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.

Visitors

• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
