Liked Lovely clean site lots of space and big pitches.
Only a short drive to plitvice national park so an ideal location for a few days relaxing.

Disliked Solar showers can get cold in the evening and we found it very cold overnight.

Liked Sanitaires très propres et Adaptés aux jeunes enfants. Le cadre est magnifique.
Rapport qualité prix excellent.
À 45 minutes en voiture de l’entrée 2 des chutes de plivitce.

Disliked Attention au choix de l’emplacement pour le wifi, nous étions au fond du camping et on ne le captait pas. Une cuisine collective ou un frigo serait top.

Liked Great location, not far to plitvice lakes. The facilities were modern and clean. Lovely friendly little campsite dog was a positive.

Disliked Being really picky, the water pressure in the showers was very poor.

Plitvice Lakes is a hugely popular tourist site – one of the most visited in Croatia. You could spend multiple days ambling across the over-water walkways and taking boat trips on the terraced lakes in all their jewel-green glory. Up for even more adventure? A five-minute drive from site, zoom across the valleys of Lika-Senj on the longest one-piece zipline in Europe. At the end of the complex, there’s an artificial climbing area for those who’d rather get their kicks traversing a wall. Prefer to go off on two wheels? Big Bear has bikes for hire, so you can traverse the 150 kilometres of marked paths across Lika-Sens’ fields and the Mala Kapela forest, a 35-minute drive from camp. Ask staff for a route – there’s a recommended round trip called the ‘Hidden Treasures of Gacka’. They’ll also let you borrow a pair of binoculars so you can get a closer look at any creatures you pass along the way, like the fallow deer that call this region their home. To guarantee a look-see at some of the region’s most well-known animals, head 45 minutes away from base to the Bear Refuge, a sanctuary for these mistreated creatures.
