What customers say

This beautifully maintained, wild meadow campsite offers a peaceful retreat with stunning views and a friendly, helpful host. Pitches are well-sized and many feel secluded. Facilities, including a hot shower and compost toilet, are consistently praised for their cleanliness and excellent water pressure. The location is ideal for exploring the Pembrokeshire coastline, with Goodwick a short walk away. Some found access challenging for larger caravans.

Meadow non-electric grass touring pitch

Liked A really lovely, well-maintained campsite in a peaceful setting. The owner was warm, friendly and welcoming. The pitches are a good size with beautiful views all around.
The shower and compost toilet was clean and well looked after. Both were within a very short walk of the pitches.
A peaceful, relaxing place with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would happily return and highly recommend it!

Meadow non-electric grass touring pitch

Liked Fabulous setting back to nature experience on a wild but looked after site. Wonderful views especially sunrise and sunset.
Toilets and shower basic as expected but super clean and shower fantastic with hot hot water and plenty of it.
Owner very responsive and present and obviously passionate about the land. Will definitely return as in 2 weeks of touring on similar sites this was the best.

Local attractions

Keen hikers can soon be on the Pembrokeshire Coast Path to follow rugged clifftops around Pencaer Peninsula (both 20 minutes’ walk). Take a camera and binoculars if you’re heading for Strumble Head Lighthouse (90 minutes); reached by suspension bridge, it’s a mecca for oystercatchers and curlews as well as spectacular sunsets over the Irish Sea. History abounds in these parts; turn back the centuries with a visit to the neolithic remains of Foel Drygarn Hill Fort (40 minutes’ drive) or the standing stones at Pentre Ifan Burial Chamber (half an hour). Fast-forward to 1797, when French troops launched an (unsuccessful, fortunately) invasion at Carriage Wastad Point (five minutes), an event marked by a wind-battered clifftop monument with a backdrop of spectacular sea views. If the kids are with you, they’ll thank you very kindly for a day out at Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo (45 minutes), where they can cuddle patient Shetland ponies, watch giraffes and rhinos in spacious enclosures and have a whizz around on old-world fairground carousels.
