  • Basic Pembrokeshire farm campsite in a clifftop location by the sea
  • St Davids and Marloes Sands beach within half an hour's drive
  • Five minutes' walk from the beach; direct access to the coast path
Clifftops Camping is a small and simple site in a farm field five minutes' walk from the gorgeous beach at Druidston Haven on the Pembrokeshire coast. Sitting within the national park and with direct access to the spectacular Pembrokeshire Coast Path, this is a place that's all about experiencing the outdoors and getting back to nature in a family-friendly setting. The facilities here include four portable toilets, a well-maintained shower and two basins. Recycling is available too, but the site team would like to ask guests to take all litter home with them if possible. Although this site takes a more hands-on approach to outdoor breaks, the sea views and clifftop location more than make up for any extra effort. The Druidston village area is peaceful and pleasant, but for a meal out you'll need to head a couple of miles up the road to Nolton Haven (five minutes) or east to Haverfordwest (15 minutes’ drive), where there are also several supermarkets. Alternatively, if you'd rather do the honours yourself, you're free to cook over a barbecue back at base.

What customers say

This Pembrokeshire campsite offers spectacular, breathtaking coastal views, especially at sunrise and sunset. Located directly on the coastal path, it's a short walk to a beautiful beach ideal for rock pooling and swimming. Reviewers consistently praise the cleanliness of the basic facilities, including the showers and toilets, and highlight the friendly and helpful owner. While described as rustic and back-to-basics, it's considered excellent value for money and a perfect spot for a family getaway. Some mention potential exposure to windy weather on the cliff top.

Non-electric grass touring caravan pitch

Liked Absolutely stunning views and direct access to Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. Didn’t need to use facilities as self contained but the loos were spotless.

Disliked Not suitable for the unit we had - 7.3m long single axle caravan. We are not the most seasoned caravaners but the roads were very narrow and you absolutely cannot get onto the site when entering from the south/ broad haven unless you are an absolute pro at reversing in a tight entrance uphill. We entered from North and got on ok but had to unhitch and motor mover off the site.

Non-electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch

Liked Amazing camping trip here. We were caught in the storm on the Sunday night which broke our tent, so the campsite owner offered us a refund of our stay. We wanted to come back though so we sorted the tent and he said we could come back later in the week which we did and had a brilliant time. He even found our previous groundsheet and kept it for us. The sunsets were stunning over the clifftop and there was plenty of room to camp. Toilets and showers were cleaned twice daily and were in impeccable condition. Think that’s the first portaloo that hasn’t had an awful smell!
Would definitely recommend and would return as it was also close to everywhere we wanted to go (Tenby, broadhaven, druidston etc). Everyone camping also respected everyone else and it was nice and quiet at night, even with a large party next to us, which was great as we have 3 small children.

Non-electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch

Liked The campsite is in one of the most spectacular places in Pembrokeshire, the views are unbeatable in my opinion. We did not realise we overpaid - pitchup.com is not very clear sometimes - but the campsite owner came over, made us notice and gave us cash back, amazingly honest! will definitely be back.

Due to really poor weather conditions we had to leave a day earlier. Of course this is no fault of the campsite at all!

Route directions

Please note that the postcode covers a large area so to find the exact location you'll need to look for Clifftops Camping Druidston on Google Maps. The entrance to the site is quite tight, especially when arriving from the south or Broadhaven. If you're in a longer vehicle you might prefer to drive further on and make a u-turn (a larger driveway about 200m further north could provide a good place to turn around).
