Admission

Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
Unsupervised minors must have a letter of authorisation from their parents or legal guardian.

Arrivals and departures

Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
There is no reception at this site. Please check in at the 3 instead.
The site will send you further check-in information 1 day(s) before your arrival.
Units will be allocated on arrival.

Changes to your holiday

Bookings cannot be amended within 7 day(s) of arrival.

Dogs

Dogs are not allowed during high season between 01/01 and 31/12.

Hired accommodation: a £50.00 damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required within 1 days of arrival and will be refunded within 1 day(s) of departure after inspection of your unit, should no damage/losses be found.
No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of £25.00 will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Occupancy

Bookings must not consist of more than 1 different households.
