What customers say
This small, peaceful campsite is praised for its quiet atmosphere and beautiful rural views. Guests highlight the exceptionally helpful and friendly owner, Trevor, who provides local information and assistance. Facilities, including clean toilets, warm showers, and a well-equipped kitchen area with a fridge, microwave, and kettle, are frequently commended. Dog owners appreciate the large field available for walks. While most guests found nothing to dislike, one noted occasional noise from a nearby road. The site is considered a good base for exploring the surrounding area, with Carmarthen town a short drive away.

Liked The site was very quiet which suits us. We only stayed two nights, The owner Trevor was very helpful, nothing was to much trouble. The toilets where cleaned daily and fresh towels put out in there. Plenty of soap and toilet paper.
There was a shower block with two showers, an area for you to do your washing up. There was a fridge for you to put your things into, a toaster a microwave and kettle. There was also local information in there for you to get out and about.
Disliked The only dislike was the road behind the camping field it was a nosy with tractors and trailers. It did not effect us, but it might bother some people.

From the manager: Thank you for leaving your review.
It pleased us that you found ur site to your liking.
Re the road noise. It is unfortunate that your stay coincided with the silaging time. This only happens for two days twice a year and is a small price to pay for living in a rural area. We do however sympathise with you but hope you are familiar with the saying,
'make hay while the sun shines' and this also applies to silaging.
Once again thank you
Trevor

Stunning views on a small peaceful campsite ⛺
Electric optional grass tent pitch
Liked Beautiful views with large electric grass pitches. Small peaceful campsite with all the facilities of clean toilets, hot showers and kitchen wash up, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Dog friendly with lovely walk for dogs in a field just behind. Hire of firepit and logs to purchase on site at such a reasonable price. The owner was exceptionally accommodating, nothing was too much trouble being very friendly and approachable. The children had plenty of room to play and thoroughly enjoyed our stay over the weekend. Nearby town and beaches are a short 20 - 30 minutes drive away. The whole site was kept clean and area well set up for recycling/waste. Lot's of brochures and information about activities and places to visit within the local area, were available at the kitchen facilities. Even though the field is just off a road, it is very quiet and not busy with traffic. So peaceful and relaxing.
Disliked Nothing. We Will definitely be returning here 🙂
