Monmouth Caravan Park is a quiet, friendly park owned by the Brown family, who lve on the park itself. The park is situated in the ancient market and border town of Monmouth. A perfect location for exploring the Wye Valley, Forest of Dean and Brecon Beacons. Monmouth is situated in the centre of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The views from the park are a delight and the town centre is an easy walk. For those looking for a more energetic holiday, the River Wye is close by and ideal for canoeing. Canoe hire is available locally, as is mountain bike hire. The park has been open since 1991.

Local attractions

Monmouth is the county town of Monmouthshire. It has a wide selection of shops and supermarkets, some of which are open untill 10pm. In the town you will find two Museums, a Castle, a library and a Tourist Information Centre. Within easy reach of Monmouth you will find other Market towns of Chepstow, Ross, Usk, Raglan, Abergavenny, which hold regular Markets and have Castles of their own to explore. If you enjoy walking or hiking the our park is the ideal choice. The Offa's Dyke footpath runs past the entrance to the park Also there is the Wye Valley walk, Three Castles Walk and the Royal Forest of Dean to roam in with its 20,000 acres. The Park is adjacent to meadows bordering the River Monnow.
