What customers say

A well-maintained campsite offering a peaceful atmosphere with friendly and helpful owners. Facilities, including showers and toilets, are consistently praised for their cleanliness. Pitches are generally flat and sheltered. The location is ideal for exploring Anglesey, with easy access to beaches and local attractions. Some guests noted road noise and a potential for queues at facilities during peak times.

Non-electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch

Liked Norma the owner is great, keeps you informed and the toilets and showers clean, my gazebo blew away due to winds and Norma called me and had put it in our tent as we was up snowden at that point. The site has great facilities for a base and has an adult side a family side which is a great touch. Will definitely be returning.

Non-electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch

Liked Lovely views around the site.
Clean facilities.
Straightforward and no fuss.
Norma was very friendly and allowed me to use the overspill field so it would be quieter for my dog, who likes to be out of the way.
But even in the main field it looked like there was a good amount of space between pitches.

I gave 10 stars for wi fi by accident. I'm not sure if there is wi fi. I didn't want it so didn't try.

From the manager: Thank you so much for your kind review. It was lovely to meet you and your dog. I always try to help our campers find the best spot that suits them. We definitely don't cramp people in and try to allow them as much privacy as possible. We don't have WiFi but there is such a good mobile coverage here, it's not needed.
Hope you and your little dog will visit us again sometime. Norma ☺️

Non-electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch

Liked Laid back, old-fashioned camping vibe with no frills. Children had the freedom and space to play and Norma was on hand for a friendly chat and advice without ever being intrusive. The location was a great central location for exploring and the toilets and showers were always clean and stocked up.

Disliked We really missed a freezer for ice packs. Luckily we had planned ahead and frozen food then relied on ice cubes.
