  • Several beaches, riding, tennis and golf all within 15 minutes’ drive
  • Fully serviced pitches 10 minutes’ drive from pubs and restaurants
Spectacular views south over Yr Wyddfa and other peaks in Eryri National Park from fully serviced pitches. A spacious farm site, and handily only 10 minutes’ drive off the main A5 on the Isle of Anglesey. What’s not to love about Ty’n Buarth Camping (open for the first time in 2026)? Found in south-west Anglesey, this peaceful spot with lots of greenery about the place is surrounded by countryside and farmland. With Snowdonia in your sights looking south, turn northwards and you’ll spot cruise ships and the Irish ferries coming into harbour at Holyhead, 20 minutes’ drive away (handy if you fancy a day trip to Northern Ireland). Both kid- and dog-friendly, Ty’n Buarth is a small, welcoming site with a fair list of amenities. For starters, all pitches have drainage and water connections as well as electric hook-ups, while the pristine, modern shower block has dedicated areas for men and women, plus a separate facility for disabled guests. There’s also a private parking area for visitors. The site has a safe place for children to play (there are organised sports during high season too), as well as plenty of walking options for your four-legged chums. Out and about, you will unearth pubs and restaurants in Rhosneigr (10 minutes’ drive), a basics shop in Gwalchmai (five minutes), and supermarkets in Holyhead.

What customers say

This is a quiet, dog-friendly site with spacious, fully serviced hard standing pitches offering beautiful countryside views. Reviewers praised the excellent, clean, and well-maintained toilet/shower block, as well as the friendly owner, Rhian. The site is well-located for exploring Anglesey. However, it is noted as a work in progress, with some facilities like an Elsan point, dishwashing area, and Wi-Fi still being developed. Signage and approach roads are areas for improvement.

Fully-serviced hardstanding touring pitch

Liked This is a lovely, quiet little site with beautiful views over the Anglesey countryside. There are eight very spacious hard standing fully serviced pitches. The toilet/shower block is excellent. The owner, Rhian, is lovely. Very dog friendly.
The site also has a shepherds hut and a number of hard accommodation units in a barn conversion which looked very nice from the outside.

Disliked This is a work in progress. The owners are in the process of converting the site which was previously a ‘glamping’ site. There is currently no Elsan point or dishwashing facilities. The signage is not great - on arrival I drove past the unmarked entrance and then, having phoned the owner to enquire how to access the site, had to reverse down the lane with my ‘van. The approach roads are rather narrow, although it’s only a short distance off the A55

Fully-serviced hardstanding touring pitch

Liked The site is quite small in a lovely location, the views are stunning.
The pitches are fully serviced hard standing and generously sized. Our pitch was really flat which was good ( really important if you have a side sliding door 😀)
Toilets and showers are clean fresh and nicely decorated and the water is nicely hot just how I like it.
We stayed for 3 frosty nights in January and enjoyed the dark starry skys ( this is a dark site with just lights from the toilets)
We had good and effective communications from the owner before and on our arrival.
A couple of miles off the A5 and then a couple of miles to the A55 makes this site an ideal site for travelling down the island or up to Holyhead.
Thanks we enjoyed our stay on your site

Disliked Hedge on left hand side on the way out of the site restricts visibility a little.
No wifi ( wasn’t an issue I had data)
Couldn’t find an outside washing up area ( we were told we could use the shepherd cabins kitchen as they wernt booked so we were ok )
