What customers say
This quiet and friendly campsite boasts spectacular views and a convenient location, perfect for exploring the Llyn Peninsula. Visitors consistently praise the spotless and modern facilities, particularly the toilets and showers. The owners are frequently mentioned as being exceptionally nice, helpful, and welcoming. While some note the site is more geared towards caravans and motorhomes, tent pitches are spacious and private. A pub adjacent to the site is a popular bonus. Payment for showers (£1) and occasional WiFi issues were minor drawbacks for some.

Lovely clean facilities easy access to beach around a 30 mins walk ... friendly pub just at the site entrance honestly one the best sites we have stayed at thankyou for making our weekend super special x

Electric optional grass tent or motorhome pitch
Liked Nice quiet campsite with a lovely pub right next door. Good sized camping pitches with amazing views of the surrounding countryside.
Disliked Nothing really, was a bit of a pain having to use pound coins for the shower (no issue with paying, just annoying having to get / find change)

We loved our stay and would visit again.
Electric optional grass tent or motorhome pitch
Liked The host is very nice, friendly and helpful!
The site seems to cater more for motorhomes and caravans, rather than tents, but this meant the campers/tents had 1 small field to ourselves. Very quiet and the pitch was very spacious. Lovely views and a short drive to Nefyn beach. With so few campers, the washrooms were small but quiet and never had to wait to use anything.
Lovely pub at the top of the road, 2 minute walk. Nice beer garden and play area for kids.
Disliked No shop on site. Nearest place was roughly a 20-25 minute walk or 5 minute drive. It would have been great if there was a small shop on site selling local produce like milk, eggs, bacon, bread etc.
Very basic site with nothing for kids to do.
Only 1 hook in the men's shower cubicles. No seat or shelf, only a basket. (I believe the ladies had several hooks). A small seat or shelf to keep things off the floor would have been nice.
Before visiting I wasn't sure what to expect about the £1 coin to shower situation, but actually it lasted ages and wasn't so bad. Just get undressed and ready before putting your coin in.
I know we can all look at maps on our phones but I think an on-site map of the area including footpaths to the villages and beach would be very useful.

Liked A lovely peaceful site with spotless facilities. Great views of the mountains.
A very warm welcome from Bethan, the owner, who give us plenty of tips for sight seeing in the area. A nice 40 minute walk to the must see Ty Coch Inn and a great pub at the entrance to the campsite.
Will definitely be back
