Pitches prices from £12.00 - £16.00 per night inc. electric hook up. Family run, established Caravan and Camping site. Sited within open farmland with sea and mountain views, on the North Coast of the Lleyn Peninsula in North West Wales. Level, grass site with sheltered hedgerows; welcomes caravans, tents, motor homes and camper vans. Facilities : electric hook up, toilets, showers, dish washing, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, freezer and a power point to charge mobile phones or hairdryer. Dogs are welcome, but must be on lead at all times.

STATIC CARAVAN : sleeps 6 is available on a weekly, mid week or weekend basis. Sited in farmhouse grounds. Bedroom one with fitted wardrobes and double bed. Bedroom two with twin beds. Third bed is a pull out double in lounge area. Shower, toilet and washbasins. Fitted kitchen with full size gas cooker, microwave and fridge. Separated dining area, lounge with gas fire and TV. Decking area with table and chairs. Bed linen included.

Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Dogs are not allowed in the accommodation units.
Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.
The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

A charge of £1 applies for the use of shower.
Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
Quiet hours must be respected between 10.30pm and 7am.
Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Hired accommodation
Electricity not included in the rate and payable on site (meter in place).
Hired accommodation: £50 damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.
