Liked: The peaceful location and beautiful scenery. The only sounds we could hear were birdsong and the gentle mooing and baaing from the farm nearby. The toilets and shower block were always immaculate, we will definitely be back!

From the manager: HI Kat. Sorry I didn't see you and family before you left. The weather didn't help much during your visit. Hopefully you will come again, later in the year when the weather is more favourable. Many thanks for your lovely review. Take care. Rgds. Ron.
Never again.

Liked: Location. Decent toilets, -(Didn't test the showers at £1 a go with no obvious temperature control)
Disliked: The owners family dog roaming free, pooping on our pitch, being told to "we cant keep it in. Just kick it up the arse" when we brought it up. Site appears only half finished. States WiFi available, I assure you there is no WiFi.

Liked: It was a really lovely and peaceful site. We had a beautiful view over the valley. It's a short drive to the larger villages with beaches such as Aberdaron and Llanbedrog. There's a small shop in the local village and Spar shops in the larger villages. For supermarkets, it's about a 20 minute drive to Pwllheli. Everywhere was so clean and unexpected partially serviced pitches with a water hookup as well as the EHU. The showers and toilets have been updated with plenty of hot water. A quick tip is don't follow Google maps to get to the site. We had some sharp intake of breaths getting there instead travel from Pwllheli to Llanbedrog and then head towards Aberdaron. Then follow sat nav. The only thing that spoilt our break was Storm Betty but it will be a talking point for our family for many years to come. Thank you to Ron and his family plus the little four legged visitors for a great break.

Liked: Nice small field, clean toilets and showers. No washing up facilities but we knew this before we arrived. Unfortunately Storm Betty made us de-camp earlier than planned and we only managed one sleepless stormy night. However its in a great spot and hopefully we'll be back when we have better weather.
Disliked: No washing up facilities
