Electric grass touring pitch

Liked: Very warm welcome on arrival, we were guided to our pitch which was huge and had a lovely sea view. The site is well kept, tidy and clean. Toilet block was spotless and showers were nice and hot. Lovely 15 minute walk to Porth Ceiriad beach through the fields. Also the Free WiFi is a brilliant provision as many sites would charge for this Neighbouring site has a shop for ‘essentials’

Electric grass tent or campervan pitch

Liked: This site is fantastic such a credit to the owners for how clean and well maintained this site is. We had plenty of chill time and our 9 year old really enjoyed making friends especially all the space to play. We did 3 days and it was not enough, such a great touch having fresh coffee and pastries van along side a wood fire pizza van. The scenery and location is perfect and we will 100% be coming back again. Showers and facilities are great and again amongst if not the cleanest I've seen on a campsite. The pitches are very generous and have a great layout for privacy.

Disliked: No shop on the site only down fall, however there is one on.the site next door. Apart from this no dislikes at all.

Liked: We loved our stay at Cim Farm, this is our second visit and found the staff to be so friendly and helpful, the facilities are excellent and the pith itself is fantastic. The location is great for walkers and beach goers, the site is perfectly situated for both.

Disliked: Bit windy but worth it for the views!

Local attractions

In the immediate surrounding area, there's Abersoch Golf Club (10 minutes' drive) if you fancy a game or two with sea views, plus top-rated local beaches for swimming, watersports and picnics like Porth Ceiriad (10 minutes) and Porth Neigwl (10 minutes), the second of which is renowned for its favourable surfing conditions. Many of these can be comfortably reached on foot via the Wales Coast Path. A little further along the peninsula, you'll come to Pwllheli, a harbour town with an attractive marina that's well worth a visit. Heading in the other direction, Criccieth Castle (30 minutes) has turrets and towers that are hard to beat – although Harlech's imposing coastal fortress (an hour) certainly gives it a run for its money. For more family-friendly days out, head to the pretty Italian-style coloured houses and cafés at Portmeirion (30 minutes), or venture out into Snowdonia National Park for mountain peaks, lakeside walks or to experience the zipwires, woodland rollercoasters and other exhilarating rides at Zip World Fforest near Betws-y-Coed (an hour and 15 minutes).
