On-site accommodation

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 21 or over.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• If the reception is closed on arrival, please check in at the gates.
• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• The site will send you further check-in information 7 day(s) before your arrival.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 7 day(s) of arrival.
• Modifications are subject to a £10.00 fee.

Extras

• Facilities/activities including tractor ride, crazy mini golf, animal meet and greet etc are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.
• Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

General

• Bookings must not be for more than 7 consecutive nights.
• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 9:30 p.m. and 8:30 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
• Refunds within the indicated cancellation period are only possible if the site is able to relet your unit/pitch.
• The fishing lakes are stocked with carp.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The restaurant is open between 30/04 and 01/09.
• This site does have a catch-and-return fishing policy in place.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a £50.00 damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The site will contact you for your card details so that the deposit is pre-authorised on the card used to make your booking.
• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Occupancy

• Group bookings of 4 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).
• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
• The site caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.

Reception

• Reception is open from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. between 30/04 and 01/09.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
• Swimming in the lake is not allowed.

Visitors

• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
