Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 21 or over.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 7 day(s) of arrival.

General

• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.

Dogs

• Dogs are not allowed if you are staying in the accommodation units.

Extras

• Facilities/activities including activities are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.

Occupancy

• Group bookings of 4 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).

• Guests are advised to bring a good quality flashlight with them as parts of the park are unlit.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a £50,00 (R1 166,12) damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The damage deposit will automatically be pre-authorized in advance on the card used to make your booking.

Arrivals and departures

• If the reception is closed on arrival, please check in at the Gates.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Changes to your holiday

• Modifications are subject to a £10,00 (R236,75) fee.

Extras

• Motorcycle(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

• No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 9:30 p.m. and 8:30 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.

Reception

• Reception is open from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. between 29/03 and 03/10.

General

• Refunds within the indicated cancelation period are only possible if the park is able to relet your unit/site.

• Swimming in the lake is not allowed.

• The bar and/or restaurant is open between 29/03 et 03/10.

Vehicles

• The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.

• The fishing lakes are stocked with carp.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Occupancy

• The park caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.

• The park will send you further check-in information 7 day(s) before your arrival.

• This campground/park does have a catch-and-return fishing policy in place.
