Liked: Loved everything about this camping site from the actual plot we put our caravan , awning and car on to the restaurant and bar . The whole site is well maintained and a pleasure to stay on .Toilets and showers absolutely gorgeous . Staff very friendly and so helpful . Will definitely be booking again
Disliked: Just one thing on site we were not happy with was the actual drainage on our plot .On arriving on site we set up , had lunch and we we had done the washing up and let the water drain out of our sink , we noticed the water was " backing up " into the shower tray .We ended up using our waste container .Maybe change the piping coming up from the ground , dig out and put the usual grid like drain in ?

Liked: Huge pitch. Super showers. Lovely staff. Location is very convenient for everywhere in North Wales. Quiet pitch at weekends.
Disliked: The very early morning sleep disturbance on weekdays. So much noise from tractors bleeping and then on the Monday morning it was the tractors bleeping and immediately that finished we had the continuous grass cutting which was right around our pitch from morning until late afternoon. Would stay there again but on weekends only.

From the manager: Thank you for your review Unfortunately, the tractors etc are having to access our site in order to complete the extension work on the White House Hotel and Restaurant...it is due to be completed in July. Park maintenance must be done, I'm sure you can understand. We try to do the grass during the weekdays when we aren't as busy so not to disturb a full park over the weekend. I understand it can be noisy and we will make sure to only use our machinery during daylight hours so it isn't too early for customers on the park We are glad that you did enjoy your stay, and apologise about the noise We hope to see you again soon! -Elizabeth

Liked: From the moment we arrived at the barrier the warden made us extremely welcome. Great information about the local area as well as site. Food at the on site hotel is amazing - despite being in the motorhome our cooking facilities were redundant. There is absolutely nothing to dislike. Pitch 27 was perfect for us.

Liked: Clean site toilets and showers immaculate
Disliked: Couldnt fault the site but we had a takeaway from the restaurant which wasnt the best, £22 for a burger and extra chips, frozen French fries!! Dont get me wrong i like french fries but not that expensive! Burger was ok but not worth £22 if it had been homemade chips, something abit special, but sorry very disappointed
