Big level pitches and really friendly owner
Electric grass pitch
Liked Spacious pitch, lovely owner, great fire baskets and wood for hire, great big open field for games with the kids. Really beautiful part of wales.
Disliked Not the owners fault but there is quite a busy road right next to the site which is very noisy at night, we seem to have stayed on the nights that the local max power crew were testing their big boy exhausts. The gents toilets only consisted of two urinals and one cubical, could do with a couple of extra cubicles.

From the manager: Thank you for your kind comments.
I am aware of the recent noise at night, it was busier than usual with it being Bank Holiday and it does calm down most nights after 9 0'clock. I have reported the nuisance drivers to the police and from now on if I hear them I am to ring 999. They are obviously speeding and being a threat on the roads and the noise the cars make is truly anti social and illegal.
Regarding the men's toilet provision, there is an extra toilet in the shower block and I have an extra toilet next to the house, i can see the sign in the men's main toilet informing campers of this had fallen.
I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused your family.

Non-electric grass pitch
Liked Although we arrived late, the owner was very accommodating and advised us on the best place to pitch up. The facilities were clean and well signposted, and we really appreciated the storage boxes in the showers to keep belongings from getting wet. We didn't mind the neighbouring cockerel!
