Cabin (no pets)
Liked: Quiet location, Great views, comfortable well equipped cabin
Disliked: Toilet and showers a bit too far from the cabin; no running hot water in the cabin which makes washing up quite challenging especially that the shared kitchen area is tiny and again - far from the cabin

From the manager: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay in May. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the peaceful location, stunning views, and found the cabin comfortable and well equipped — we truly appreciate your kind words.
We’re sorry to hear that you found the distance to the toilet and shower facilities a little inconvenient. The facilities are approximately a 45-second walk from the cabins, and while many guests find the short stroll part of the charm of being close to nature, we do understand it may not suit everyone’s preferences. We’ll continue to explore ways to improve the experience and ensure guests are fully informed at booking.
Regarding the hot water in the cabin — thank you for raising this. We include instructions in the cabin handbook to help guests quickly and easily source hot water, and we’re currently reviewing how we can make this even clearer on arrival. That said, we appreciate this may not have been ideal for your needs, especially in combination with the shared kitchen space. Your feedback is invaluable as we look at ways to enhance our facilities without compromising the tranquillity and eco-friendly ethos of our site.
We’re so pleased you would recommend us and consider returning — we’d love to welcome you back in the future and hope your next stay is even more enjoyable.
Warm regards,
Rob & Ffion

Thank you so much for your kind words — we’re so pleased you had a great stay with us in April!
It’s lovely to hear you enjoyed the spacious layout, clean facilities, and the nearby walks — we know how much our four-legged guests love exploring the area too! We’re also glad our team made a positive impression; it’s always our aim to make every guest feel welcome and looked after.
We completely understand about the warm weather — it certainly makes those shady woodland walks even more appealing! We’re really looking forward to welcoming you back when the temperatures are just right for making the most of everything the area has to offer.
Until next time,
Rob & Ffion
