The toilet and shower facilities, whilst away from the cabin and a bit of a walk to get to, were newly refurbished, very clean and spacious. 3 showers for the site, but as it is a small site, you wont have to wait long for one to be available.

Liked Great campsite. Very peaceful location. Two minute walk to the nearby forest where you could easily spend several hours exploring.
No bus service so you will need a vehicle to explore further afield
Definitely somewhere we would come back in the future. Look forward to seeing all the improvements completed.
Had a great mobile phone signal with vodafone so did not need to use the campsite wifi

Liked Beautiful peaceful site, very clean showers and toilets(that actually stay on and are very warm). Owners very welcoming. Owner putting in lots of work for new facilities. If you’re looking for somewhere quiet but with a nice view this is the place with plenty of forest walks etc not far and shops around 20 min drive.
