What customers say
This is a peaceful, rural campsite with spacious pitches and beautiful views, ideal for a back-to-nature experience. Guests consistently praise the friendly and welcoming hosts, and the on-site pizza is a frequent highlight. Facilities are basic but generally clean, though some visitors noted a lack of drinking water and suggestions were made for wheelbarrows and step stools. The short operating season was mentioned as a downside.

Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked Really peaceful site with friendly owners. The site is basic but we knew that and it really wasn't an issue. Scenery was beautiful, great for stargazing! Pizzas from the trailer van were delicious too. Friendly pub and shop a short walk away in the village too.

Best campsite I have camped on…
Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked Best campsite I have camped on in the UK so far. Was peaceful and picturesque even with the wind and rain! The land was big enough that even fully booked everyone was spaced out so you had plenty of privacy. Toilets were well kept and clean too which is always a bonus! The pizza on site was AMAZING!!! Our favourite was the lamb and even had to get an extra one for the next day.
Disliked Due to extreme heat and dry conditions barbecues and campfires were nor allowed (understandable) would have been nice to know before bringing our things but was not a big deal because pizza is offered from 6 to 8pm.

Liked Friendly host. Weather wasn't great. Let us pitch in the field over the road which was less windy. Helped others move their tents out of the worse of the weather. Great pizzas also. 10/10 would visit again
