Whether you’re cycling to the beach, surfing or relaxing by a firepit back on site, Camp Llandudno will put you in touch with the simple pleasures. A pop-up site with open, spacious fields (and heaps of fresh air, of course), this place is for the folk who like proper back to basics camping. In fact, the owners describe their sheep farm as just a couple of splendid fields that happen to be well-suited to camping… It’s not just the stunning semi-rural location and south-facing fields that are to like here. The farm is also just two miles from Llandudno, Deganwy and Conwy on the North Wales coast, so a five-minute drive will get you to copious cafés, restaurants, bars and pubs. Handily, there's a camp kitchen serving hot breakfast baps in the mornings, as well as barista coffee throughout the day and tasty woodfired pizzas in the evening. A well-stocked bar serving ice-cold drinks is also available. For sea dips, Deganwy beach and West Shore beach are five minutes’ drive away (or a slightly longer walk or bike ride for the active types). With bus stops at the front gate and a food shop and a pub a couple minutes’ drive away, it’s all rather convenient. When it comes to the simple pleasures on site, think firepits for hire (subject to availability) and regular starry skies. Open fires and barbecues are permitted off the ground and firewood can be purchased on site. Other pop-up facilities include six hot-water and four cold-water shower cubicles, a toilet block with proper flushing toilets, additional clean portable toilet facilities, an Elsan point and cold water supplies for drinking and washing up. There’s no electricity or wifi (although there's usually good 4G/3G coverage and you can bring equipment like camping toilets or solar showers). With a fun and relaxed vibe, everyone is welcome here – families, couples, friends, young, old… with well-behaved dogs (on a lead, unless supervised in the designated dog exercise area) included.

Liked Facilities are immaculate, considering how many campers were at the pitch! Plenty of showers and toilets, far better than you would expect from a campsite. You can rent or buy almost everything you need from coffees at 8am, freshly cooked, stone baked pizzas until after 9pm and you can even rent fire pits with wood for £20. Location is wonderful with beautiful Conwy just a 5-10 minute drive away. Staff at the campsite were also wonderful and genuinely happy to help!

Disliked Nothing- will definitely be back next summer!

Liked Everything about this pop-up, family and dog friendly site was commendable. We had a wonderful night’s stay on grass pitch in our new to us motor home. Level pitch, excellent clean toilet block, washing up facilities with hot water and soap. 5* pizzas in the evening, well stocked bar, bacon/sausage baps for breakfast and superb coffee all day. Above all, run by a very friendly family who made it obvious that they cared about not only the site but also their guests.

Liked We loved the campsite. It’s the best site we’ve been to. The site is clean, with flat or gently sloping pitch’s. The pitch sizes are generous and well spaced. Excellent, toilets, showers, pizza and bar. A lovely mix of families, couples and groups of friends all ages. Easily accessible to local beaches and attractions. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Liked Good locality to visit local amenities and attractions. Friendly, helpful, sociable people running the site. Very spacious plots on a clean and tidy site. Good facilities ie lovely hot water in the shower block and clean toilet block. Dish washing sinks included bowls, washing liquid and sponges.
Hot and cold drinks available, pizza ovens and breakfast rolls an added bonus Hopefully will be able to pay a return visit.

Liked Absolutely amazing weekend at camp Llandudno! The facilities were excellent, the showers & toilets were kept spotless day & night. The pizzas & breakfast barms & coffees were delicious. The location was ideal and the bus stop right outside camp was so handy. All the team working there were so friendly & helpful! We can’t wait to go back next year 😊
