We are excited to offer 8 furnished bell tents situated on our family farm, located in the heart of Mid Wales with stunning, far reaching views. Our unplugged site allows you to site back and relax, and reconnect with those most important to you without technology getting in the way. Each tent sleeps 4, but can be configured to sleep up to 6 for an additional cost. Each tent comes with extra high airbeds, individual facilities which include showers (gas powered), eco toilet and sink. Additionally, each tent also comes with its own picnic bench, BBQ, and fire pit, perfect for sitting out under the stars. We do welcome dogs, but as we are are working farm, for the safety of our livestock, we request that dogs are kept on the lead at all times.

  • Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
  • The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
  • Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
  • Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
  • No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
  • No gas barbecues allowed.
  • No electric barbecues allowed.

What 3 Words - ///talkative.apparatus.rezoning Directions from Llanidloes:- ➢ From entering Llanidloes off the A470 continue down Victoria Avenue and take the 3rd exit over Long Bridge ➢ Take the next immediate left onto Westgate Street. Continue on this road until you come across the Red Kite Touring Park, opposite which is a road turning right, signposted Y Fan. ➢ Keep driving on this road until you reach the village of Y Fan. Continue straight up through the village, the road will start to incline now and you will go round a sharp bend to the right as you start to leave the village. ➢ Continue up the hill for about 0.5 miles until you see the tents on you left hand side. Access can be gained through the open gate on the main road with pots of flowers at the entrance! 😊

Located just over 2 miles from the market town of Llanidloes, the area is renowned for its outdoor activities and is an ideal location for keen walkers, hikers, and cyclists. Close by we also have the opportunity for paddleboarding, fishing, and wild swimming. Within an hours radius, there are numerous activities available from heritage sites, water sports, the beach, and indeed the hill on which our farm is situated is a walk not to be missed! Whilst we provide you with a BBQ, there may be a night that you just don't fancy cooking! We are lucky to have several options in the local villages from takeaways to award winning restaurants. Just ask and we can point you in the right direction
