What customers say
This is a highly recommended, peaceful campsite offering spacious pitches, friendly and helpful owners, and beautiful rural views. Facilities, while described as basic by some, are consistently praised for cleanliness. The location is ideal for exploring the coast and local town. Some guests experienced muddy conditions and occasional noise from other campers, though manager replies indicate issues such as broken toilet seats and hygiene have been addressed.

Fantastic spot away from the crows to explore the area.
Electric grass touring caravan, tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked A very nice site.
Shower pressure was off the scale and really clean and hot. The homemade feel might not be to everyone's liking but the laid back atmosphere suited us very well. The onsite cafe is a real bonus as was the touring play in the barn one night.
Disliked A bit steep in places but gives a nice outlook across the site

I hope to return next 2026 . Keep up the good work!!

Electric grass touring caravan, tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked Very beautiful rural countryside, welcoming hosts which made us feel at home. Being an equestrian person the flooring and toilet roll holders were a lovely tough, the flooring kept the showers and toilet rooms warm. The owners were always on hand to answer questions or for a quick chat about the local area. Lots of leaflets for families to do. Close to local amenities. Always had hot water, lovely clean well kept place. Definitely value for money. Nice bbq communal area free to use. I will definitely be back.
Disliked Only downside is there was no WiFi, but, that I think reflected in the price.
