We also appreciate your comments about the hardstanding pitches. We understand that some guests prefer parking on grass, but we've chosen our all-weather setup to ensure guests can enjoy their stay whatever the weather, while helping to protect the ground throughout the season.

Disliked One toilet which was in with the only shower.
This proved tricky especially in the morning, it was always in use when I or my husband when to use it and if someone was having a shower the wait was often quite lengthy to just use the toilet.
Personally feel a separate shower toilet or another toilet would be better.

We completely understand how having a single bathroom that includes both the shower and toilet can be inconvenient, particularly during busy morning times. Your suggestion for a separate toilet or an additional bathroom is a very valid one, and it’s something we carefully considered during planning.

Unfortunately, due to the layout and limited space available, it isn’t possible for us to split the room or add another toilet. That said, we do take your comments seriously and will continue to look for any practical ways to improve comfort and convenience for our guests.

Disliked Grass/ sloped pitches, did struggle in the wet condition to get onto chocks.

toilet/ shower in one room so toilet is inaccessible when somebody is showering.

We understand that wet conditions can make it challenging to get onto chocks on sloped areas, and we'll certainly take this into consideration for future improvements.
