Non-electric grass tent or motorhome pitch

Liked Fantastic shower and toilet facilities- I liked that everything was all in one cubicle for privacy and ease.
The peacefulness of the campsite.
The spaced out pitches with meadow grass in between.
Designated pitch numbers so that you don’t have to worry when you go off-site in your van.
Close to Cardigan town (5 minute drive)
We booked a taxi with JJ Taxis who took us and our dogs to and from the campsite so that we could have a few drinks!

What customers say

This is a beautiful, peaceful campsite with a natural setting and lovely views. Guests consistently praise the extremely clean and well-maintained toilet and shower facilities, often noting the privacy of individual cubicles. Pitches are spacious and well-separated, with fire pits provided. The hosts are frequently mentioned as friendly, welcoming, and helpful. While some electric pitches are noted as sloping, the site is otherwise described as perfect with little to dislike. It is well-located for exploring the local area.

Non-electric grass campervan, tent or trailer tent pitch

Liked We had a lovely peaceful stay at Cilbronnau farm. We stayed for 4 nights as a family of 3 with a 3 year old and it had everything we needed. The facilities were fantastic for such a small site and Tom and Sophie were really helpful and accommodating. We were greeted upon arrival and Sophie and Tom told us about a music festival and parade happening in Cardigan the next day - we wouldn’t have know about this otherwise and we had a great time, thank you. It is a really well located campsite, close to Cardigan as well as other sights of interest such as beaches, Afon Mel (Honey Farm), Cilgerran Castle and the Nature Reserve. Highly recommend.

Liked Easy to find and perfectly situated for beach days. Cardigan town being under a ten minute drive also made any shopping far easier.

Pitch was great, with adequate space and electric working as expected. Facilities were also great. Nice hot showers!

Good QR code for same day log delivery for your fire pit - which was provide by the campsite.

Electric grass tent or motorhome pitch

Liked PERFECT.! What a find! Lovely little extremely quiet camp site, really clean and well kept. Amazing views and some lovely local walks. Toilet facility are super clean, and love how each toilet cubicle is really private with its own shower and basin in each cubicle.

We stopped on electric pitch, with a 6man tent and there was plenty of room. We had a sneak peak at the glamping pod at the top of the hill and it felt lovely and warm in there on a cold day, and the decoration and layout in there looked so cosy. 👌

Was greeted upon arrival to check everything is okay and if we needed anything. We didn’t want to leave, and will definitely be back again.!

Local attractions

Explore the well-kept gardens of 12th-century Cardigan Castle (five minutes’ drive), checking out the Whale Bone Arch, the Sword of Peace sculpture and the splendid oak Eisteddfod Chair, decorated with a climbing ivy, birds of prey and a harp. Next to the Castle Street Bridge is the Teifi Otter statue, standing on top of a boulder. Stretching at the mouth of the Teifi, Poppit Sands (15 minutes) is popular for walks and kite flying, as well as rockpooling. Or head to Mwnt beach (also 15 minutes), accessed via a long stairway carved out of the cliff and overlooked by a small medieval chapel. This sheltered beach is a top spot for spotting dolphins. The National Botanic Garden of Wales (an hour) includes a vast glasshouse designed by architect Normal Foster. Under its dome is a collection of endangered plants from all over the world. If you’d rather be out in the fresh air, the garden also has its own nature reserve (Waun Las), with wildflowers, orchids and fungi.
