What customers say

This campsite offers stunning sea views and direct access to a farm park with animals, playgrounds, and coastal walks where seals are often spotted. Facilities are generally clean and well-maintained, including showers and washing-up areas. Staff are frequently described as friendly and helpful. Some guests noted limited Wi-Fi and mobile signal. Minor points include infrequent hot water in the washing-up room and potential for pitches to be on a slope. The location is considered peaceful and ideal for families.

Electric optional grass tent or trailer tent pitch

Liked Beautiful views from the campsite, a large farm and a playground where you can spend time. Very friendly and nice service.

Disliked The only downside was the cleanliness of the bathrooms and showers. They should be cleaned more often. Unfortunately, people don't clean up after themselves.

Electric optional grass tent or trailer tent pitch

Liked Lovley spot. close to all the shops in Cardigan. Free entry to the farm.

Disliked 1. Electrical pitches too close together - once we were setup, the next tent were right next to us. ideally markers made bigger

2. showers and general area are a bit small

Electric optional grass tent or trailer tent pitch

Liked Amazing location, brilliant for families, very clean, 5 minutes from aldi/tesco/B&M, well kept animals in the farm park, great walk along coast to see dolphins and seals, incredible sunsets, basic but functional and clean facilities, play area is big and fun, good wifi at the hub, worth every penny.

Disliked Only gripe is that upon entering the site to check-in, communication was lacking and the owner and staff member started arguing, interupting guests while in conversation.

Electric optional grass tent or trailer tent pitch

Liked Location, scenery, farm and food.
Quiet nice location away from it all. Clean facilities. Toilets, showers and washing up room. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Although field on slight slant. So we moved our tent beds accordingly. Added bonus from the farm with the animals waiting to be fed. This is free to people staying on the farm. Laughs from adults and children with their antics! Seen lots of seals along the coastal walk which is well signposted. Seals who were more than happy to entertain the audience. Due to the weather we couldn’t cook near our tent so had a couple of nice breakfast’s to set us up for the day. Although food was hot and freshly cooked, I would have thought proper farm sausages and bacon would have been used. However, sausages tasted like Asdas own frozen sausages.
One size breakfast, the men couldn’t have larger. £11. So definitely pricey for what you get. All Staff were nice and approachable.

Disliked Weather. Being on top of a cliff we unfortunately had some very windy weather yet when we went into cardigan and new-quay and it wasn’t all that windy at all.
Washing up room was hit & miss with hot water.

Electric optional grass tent or trailer tent pitch

Liked Stunning views of Cardigan Island and Poppit Sands. Loved the access to the farm park and coastal walk where you could see seals. Good clean showering facilities and washing area. Close to Cardigan and amenities. Helpful owners😀

Disliked Wi-Fi only available in the centre building and mobile data connection was sporadic on camp site due to location.

Electric optional grass tent or trailer tent pitch

Liked Brilliant park for the children to play and ease of access was great, along with access to the coastal path and seeing the lovely animals in the farm park.
Lovely coffee shop inside the farm park and the little area for children to play inside also. The shop had some great gifts available.
Toilets and showers were clean and in a good condition.

Local attractions

Several cracking family-friendly beaches are in the area: after you've explored the farm park, have days at Mwnt (and the Church of the Holy Cross), Aberporth, Tresaith, Penbryn, Llangrannog, Newquay and Poppit Sands, all within easy driving distance. Shoppers, pubbers and restaurant goers have plenty of picks in Cardigan town (10 minutes' drive) as well as a golf club, swimming pool, the Theatre Mwldan and the Custom House shop and gallery. For something more strenuous, both the Ceredigion Coast Path and the Pembrokeshire Coast Path are accessible from Cardigan. Cardigan Bay stayers could also check out some Welsh history at St Dogmaels Abbey, Cilgerran Castle and the National Wool Museum, splash around Cenarth Falls and the National Coracle Centre, and see yet more animals at the Welsh Wildlife Centre, with its nature trails, willow maze, water buffalo and giant willow badger.
