What customers say
This large campsite boasts a stunning location at the foot of Ben Nevis, offering breathtaking views and easy access to hiking trails. Visitors praise the clean, well-maintained facilities, spacious pitches, and friendly, helpful staff. On-site amenities like the shop and food options are popular, and a nearby pub is convenient. Some report dated shower blocks and occasional noise or midgie issues, but overall, it's highly recommended for its location and facilities.

Great for families wanting to camp closer to natural camping
Electric hardstanding touring pitch
Liked Beautiful views, lovely animals, and great activities for kids. Also hot breakfasts like bacon baps and a shop on site.
Disliked Pitch was not flat for campervan and shower/toilets were in outdated huts with no lighting.

Liked Good value for money campsite. Showers are free to use and were always hot, good shop onsite and food stand.
Disliked Toilets can be dirty, but are generally good considering the number of people that use them.

Great site! Would definitely come back
Electric hardstanding touring pitch
Liked Fantastic site, huge facilities block per section of the site, pitches well maintained. Toilets always clean no matter what time of day. Shop and restaurants on site which was super! The site was so peaceful at night and the view of Ben Nevis was stunning. I asked for a pitch close h near to facilities due to mobility issues and the site manages to get me really close by.
Disliked Being really really picky, it would have been good to have some more bins dotted around.

Great for adults hill walking, stopping by, but not for family fun IMO
Electric grass tent pitch
Liked We knew the site well from previous use many years ago but felt that this time around, things were slightly chaotic. The weather did not help but we were advised just to find a space where we could, which worried us as we had booked a spot with electric, had the children and the site was very busy. We stayed for 2 nights, changing spots twice having compromised the first night, and booking the camp site for 6 nights. Not great TBH. Our camp site before and the one we had to pay again for had designated spots with power, which is what we expected and much safer. We did not feel welcome by staff and their food van also advised their chips were gluten free, which an evening of sickness and diarrhoea conflicted with that advice.
Disliked Allergy advice.
Abrupt member of staff (female) in an electric van.
Seemingly very little structure or safety considerations.
Seemed a 'free for all' approach to spaces.
Not so child friendly. Perhaps that is the nature of the site.
