Escape to the Fife countryside to relax in a cosy off-grid hut at Grange Hill Farm, overlooking Kinghorn Loch. Sleeping up to four guests, the hut offers a simple, comfortable retreat that’s just the job for families or friends looking to unwind and reconnect with nature.
Set on a family farm with horses grazing in neighbouring fields, the hut has an inviting living/dining area and kitchen space, warmed by a traditional woodburner and with solar electricity providing power for your stay. There are two bedrooms, a twin and a double – the latter on the mezzanine floor and accessed by stepladder. Please note there are no showers or running water.
Outside is a peaceful seating area with stunning views across the loch and – on clear evenings – colourful sunsets to end the day. Car parking is available a short walk away.
Grange Hill Farm makes a great base for exploring the local area. Kinghorn Loch is five minutes’ walk away, bringing opportunities for watersports and birdwatching. The seaside town of Burntisland is 10 minutes away by car, and home to welcoming cafés, indie shops and a sandy North Sea beach.
