Liked Lovely little campsite in a great location for a visit into Poole harbour.
Good price, good facilities.
We stayed 2 nights in August, it being adult only during school holidays was fantastic.
For the optimum stay ask for a field view pitch when booking.

Electric optional hardstanding and grass touring pitch
Liked Staff pleasant.
Disliked Pitch location. Although booked well in advance were given worse location with depressing view of wooden fence panelling surrounding a single sited static van and ugly farm building. A caravan which looked to have been permanently on site was about a metre away behind us. It was filthy with uncut grass all around the van and dripping water connectors and filthy mouldy awning. Requested better pitch but told unable to move at all.
The gravel road areas were full of weeds, totally unkempt and tatty. A very tired run down location. Facilities were just about acceptable. Hot showers first day, lukewarm the next. Toilet empty area awkward.
On the second day the site staff proceeded to start using a mechanical digger to clear rubble by a static van 20 metres away. The noise was awful. So complained and they did stop eventually. I think the site was described as ‘peaceful’. Only a two night stay we endured but would have left earlier if booked for longer.
