Liked The bathrooms for campers are wonderful, nicer than ours at home! staff also incredibly friendly. The pitches were peaceful and useful to be near sites where friends without camping equipment can rent a lodge
Disliked Breakfast could open a bit earlier for those of us dragged up early by kids! I asked my kids what they disliked and they said 'going home'

Very clean and tidy.
View was amazing from our original pitch (see dislike).
Disliked The pitch I was on was double booked. Even though there were a lot of spare pitches. Spent one night on the pitch, went out for a few hours, came back to find a caravan on my pitch.

Full washing up facilities that are kept super clean , toilets were very big had everything from mirrors with lights to hairdryers shave points ect, very spacious showers overall super super clean even had music playing in there
Amazing staff at reception offering texi recommendations and even recommending places to eat even though there is a onsite chip shop and little restaurant. Has and inside and outside pool which from looking in looks well kept up and very clean. Whole site is very clean.
Disliked Bit tricky to park touring caravan to go into reception to check in before going to your pitch, and got lost with the map a little ( also user error)

From the manager: Thanks for your feedback - our team work really hard to ensure the best possible experience, so I am sorry that you didn't have the best time with us. For late arrivals, although our evening team are usually in Reception, if for any reason they need to step away, we have a note on the Reception door with the phone number so that they can get you checked in as swiftly as possible.
We did have some issues with our chemical toilet block during your stay, but these have now been rectified once reported - I am sorry that it impacted your stay.
I'm not sure what you mean regarding offers not working, so do get in touch so we can understand this and hopefully fix it.
I do hope that you may change your mind and stay with us in the future so that we can give you the usual Beverley Holidays experience - do get in touch if we can help at all.
