Nestled in the heart of the rolling Devon countryside, Northcote Manor Farm offers a tranquil and family-friendly escape2 miles from the picturesque village of Northlew. With stunning views towards Dartmoor and open farmland all around, our peaceful farm campsite is the perfect spot to relax, reconnect with nature, and enjoy a proper countryside break. For pitching a tent you’ll find spacious, level grass pitches with plenty of room to spread out. Facilities include clean toilets , fresh water, and waste disposal. As a small working farm, guests often spot friendly sheep, chickens, and horses and our resident 3 Donkeys around the fields – a big hit with younger campers! With the pitches hidden away within our summer hay field it is easy to enjoy the slow pace of rural life. Located just 2 miles from the charming village of Northlew, there’s a welcoming pub, close by there is access to footpaths and bridleways galore. We’re also just a 15-minute drive from the edge of Dartmoor National Park and the market town of Okehampton for supermarket shopping, making Northcote Manor Farm an ideal base for walkers, cyclists, and outdoor lovers alike.

Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
The site will send you further check-in information 3 day(s) before your arrival.

Changes to your holiday

Changes cannot be made once you have booked.
Modifications are subject to a £5.00 fee.

Dogs

Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

Extras

Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
