Lower Dutson Farm is a traditional family run farm with cattle and sheep.
Our Caravan and Motorhome Club site overlooks our pretty sheltered lake with an abundance of wildlife. You can fish on the lake and the river Tamar with a special rate for members.
The site is open all year and has areas of hard standing. Guests and pets are welcome to take a stroll down through our fields to the river Tamar. We ask that dogs remain on the lead when going through fields with livestock please.
The site has mains water, a chemical empty facility and has toilets and electric hook-ups.
Rates are £20 per night including electric hook-ups. Additional charge for river and coarse fishing whilst staying on the site.

This site has no on-site shower facilities.
This site only accepts bookings from existing Caravan and Motorhome Club members: please provide your membership number in the 'Special requests' box when booking.- Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
- The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
- Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.
- Facilities/activities including river and coarse fishing are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.
- Swimming in the lake is not allowed.
- Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.

Please don't follow sat nav as there is a very narrow bridge on the back roads, instead take the Launceston exit off the A30 and follow the A388, towards Holsworthy for approximately 1.5 miles. After passing through Dutson turn right by Caravan and Motorhome Club sign.

Tamara Way Walk is close by. You can also fish for salmon/trout along our stretch of river Tamar or try your skill at our pretty coarse fishing lake. If fishing isn't your thing, then you're still free to wander along the waters edge, where you might spot a kingfisher or heron or a buzzard or deer in one of the fields.
The caravan site are ideally located to explore Dartmoor and the Cornish moors as well as the sandy beaches and harbours of Devon and Cornwall.
