This is a friendly, well-maintained site with beautiful views, popular with families and dog owners. Facilities include a swimming pool, steam room, and jacuzzi, with private booking available. Staff are frequently praised for their helpfulness and welcoming nature. While many visitors found the site to be clean and spacious, some noted that the toilet and shower facilities, as well as the children's play area, could benefit from an upgrade and more regular cleaning during peak times. We stayed at this motorhome site…
Electric grass touring pitch
Liked We stayed at this motorhome site the last weekend of September and absolutely loved the peace and quiet. As a family of three with a lively 4-year-old, we really appreciated the calm atmosphere and safe, open space to unwind. The site itself was well-kept, with plenty of room to relax. One of the highlights was the stunning walk along the cliff tops to Cayton Bay, with breathtaking views and a lovely way to spend the afternoon. The location was perfect, as it was close enough to explore the coast, yet tucked away enough to feel secluded.

Good site close to bus routes
Electric grass touring pitch
Liked On the whole a good site. It has a nice pool with steam room & jacuzzi. Of which you can book this for an hour to yourselves if you want to. Good selection of beers the food is okay. The staff are all happy & helpful our grass pitch was good even with the amount of rain we had so managed to get off my pitch. A good place to catch a bus from to which you can go to to many places. So you can leave your camper on site.
Disliked Nothing to dislike about the site. A bit of tlc in places but still of a good standard. Would have been nice if we could have had a nice coffee but they only do instant.

Great facilities and ample space, negatives are slope and road noise.
Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked I really liked the pool and spa area — being able to book the pool privately for an hour (for free!) was such a nice touch and made the stay feel a bit special. The washrooms were also clean and well looked after, which is always a big plus. There was loads of space around the site too, so I barely had any neighbours all weekend — it felt quiet and relaxed.
Disliked The main downside was the slope. The camping pitches are on quite a hill, so it’s almost impossible not to slide downhill a bit during the night. I was also surprised by how much noise came from the A64. It’s not right next to the site, but you can definitely hear the traffic in the background, which took away from the peaceful vibe a bit.
