This friendly, well-maintained site offers spacious pitches and beautiful rural views. Guests highlight the helpful staff, quiet atmosphere, and family-friendly environment, with a central play area for children. Facilities, including outdoor showers and a weekend bar with pizza, are generally praised for cleanliness, though some suggest upgrades. The location is ideal for exploring local attractions. Electric grass tent, campervan or trailer tent pitch

Liked I only stayed for one night with my son, the staff were very friendly and took me to my pitch, we had lots of room to set up and there is a large central grass area where the kids were able to play and still be in full view.

The phone signal was poor but that’s to do with my phone provider not the site.

Facilities were clean and well kept.

I would definitely book again.

Electric hardstanding and grass touring pitch

Liked Site was nice. Enjoyed our stay there.

Disliked Showers were dirty, old and in dire need of an upgrade. Also, only 2 showers for a site this large should not be allowed!

Recommend to friends Visit again

From the manager: We are glad you enjoyed your stay, although I am disappointed and slightly confused as to your comments regarding the showers, we work hard to keep the showers clean and they are checked and cleaned regularly but unfortunately some users do abuse them! Our facilities have just been upgraded at the start of 2025 and all have new toilets fitted, new sinks/taps and also new showers, as well as the building being refurbished.
We are only a small site and 2 showers are adequate for the number of pitches (and all we have planning permission for) but during the busy summer period we also have an additional 2 outdoor showers which are very popular.

Local attractions

If you only visit one attraction around here, it really should be the fab Warwick Castle, 10 minutes away. Guided visits will tell all sorts of tales as you tour the castle and gardens, or you could create your own as you explore the dungeons, princess tower and other corners of the estate. The Horrible Histories maze is perenially popular with the small sorts, as are the frequent jousting and bird of prey displays. If that’s inspired you to take in even more elegant architecture, Baddesley Clinton and Packwood House National Trust properties are both within a 10-minute drive. The half-timbered houses and Shakespeare-themed tours of Stratford-upon-Avon are 25 minutes away by car. Tiddlers not so enthused by pointing at pretty buildings? Take them off to see the narrowboats at Hatton Locks or play games, pick fruit and watch speedy sheep racing at Hatton Adventure World (both 10 minutes’ drive). The lipsmacking chocolate-themed attractions of Cadbury World are just over half an hour away if they’ve earned some sweet treats.
