The good, the bad and the ugly!
Fully-serviced grass and gravel pitch (super)
Liked Plenty of room on the pitch. The staff we very friendly and welcoming. Small but very well stocked shop and opened at convenient times.
Disliked Washroom facilities of the first unit were a big let down! The gents urinals had chewing gum in one for 3 days. Then covered only with a sented filter screen. Clearly showing no real attention to cleaning. Dead flies spider's ect on the window sils that had been there for weeks, still left after a cleaner had been in. One hand dryer that didn't work properly, with no other way to dry my hands! Tried all 4 showers and you guessed it not one working properly. Either to hot to stand under or to cold, or to difficult to get started. Very disappointed. Complete upgrade of this unit if the owners value the short stay holidaymakers trade!!!

Fantastic. Can’t wait to go again.

Liked Amazing!
Really lovely campsite, plenty for everyone to do. Kids had a ball. Animals were fab! Honestly don’t have a bad word to say about it.
Literally the only thing is the kids would have like more time in the pool and the pool not as cramped but as you can imagine it’s a very popular site. The pool time is managed really well though so it’s fair all around to all guests. Definitely not a complaint though!

A lovely place to stay, we will definitely be back.
Fully-serviced grass and gravel pitch (super)
Liked Lovely site with good facilities, absolutely incredible staff who don't hesitate to help, the wardens were fantastic. Lots of different type of pitches so some would be louder than others. Two good parks for kids and a great ' no photo' policy at the swimming pool. Great area to do washing up.
Disliked It would be nicer to have a longer slot in the pool as 45 minutes isn't that long for a larger family however we appreciate you are trying to accommodate everyone.

Great place for families.
Electric grass pitch (medium)
Liked Great place, lots of stuff for the kids. The kids loved seeing all the animals. All the staff were so helpful and kind to us. Their pool was a bit chilly (we picked first slot so might be why) but you got your own table and never felt too crowded.
Disliked Toilet block could do with a bit of a clean but was fine. I just wished the play parks opened earlier in the morning as we have little ones and they're up early so the park not being open before 9/10am some days was not ideal
