What customers say

This is a well-maintained, clean, and peaceful adult-only site, highly recommended for its friendly staff, spacious pitches, and excellent fishing opportunities. Facilities, including toilets and showers, are consistently described as spotless. While some minor road noise is noted, particularly on hedgerow pitches, most visitors found the location tranquil and relaxing. The site offers good value and is a popular choice for both short stopovers and longer stays, with many guests planning to return.

Fully-serviced hardstanding touring pitch (lake view)

Liked Fully serviced with a great view of the lake. Site was set out so that each pitch had a fishing peg in front. Toilets and showers were clean with plenty of hot water.

Disliked Only issue was the road noise, but not really a problem as only a minor road.

Electric grass touring pitch (lake view)

Liked Lovely site in a rural location, quiet and very relaxing. Fishing was excellent apparently (I don't fish!) and location to Belvoir was within cycling distance where there are amazing views, good food from the bistro and a castle to visit. Facilities were basic but very clean, addition of an onsite cafe at weekends was apprachiated

Electric hardstanding and grass touring pitch (lake view)

Liked Very beautiful scenery, site was impeccably clean and tidy.
Toilet and showers were also clean and tidy, nice touch with the squidgy to take away the drips..
Small park, did not notice any road noise through the night.
Perfect for an overnight stopover.
Would see the benefits of longer stays for fishing enthusiasts.
