On-site accommodation

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• The site will send you further check-in information 28 day(s) before your arrival.
• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Changes to your holiday

• Modifications are subject to a £10.00 fee.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.
• The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
• Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

Extras

• Facilities/activities including adventure activities are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.
• Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
• Entertainment and activities are available between 28/03 and 01/11.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
• Refunds within the indicated cancellation period are only possible if the site is able to relet your unit/pitch.
• The bar is open between 27/03 and 01/11.
• The games room is open between 27/03 and 01/11.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The restaurant is open between 28/03 and 01/11.
• The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of £60.00 will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Occupancy

• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
• The site caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.

Pitches

• A cable measuring at least 20 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.
• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 02/05 and 31/08 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

• If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. between 27/03 and 30/09.
• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. between 01/10 and 28/03.
• Reception is unmanned after 5:30 p.m.. Please inform the site while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
• Firearms are not permitted.
• Firepits are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
• Open fires are prohibited.
• Swimming in the lake is not allowed.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m..
• The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must leave the premises by 5:30 p.m..
