Liked Beautiful site with pitches around a fishing pond. So quiet we relaxed immediately. Excellent and spotless facilities. Lovely summerhouse with small lending library, well equipped kitchen and dining area with tv. Dennis so helpful and welcoming.

Vic’s Haven on-site touring caravan

Liked Beautiful setting around the small lake, with the summer house a great asset to sit and watch the sunset or a moot with other campers. Fabulous facilities and site was very pretty. I stayed in my small camper and sister stayed in Vic's caravan which was superb.

Vic’s Haven on-site touring caravan

Liked Stunning small site. Peaceful and beautiful. Wonderful owners that couldn’t be more helpful and clearly love what they do it shows in how well cared for the site is. Fabulous new shower and toilet block and lovely cabin by the lake with facilities to relax with friends and other site users. Vics retreat was lovely and comfortable and impeccably clean. Thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend. Highly recommend to anyone considering a stay there.

Liked Best site we've stayed on for ages! Lovely setting by the lake, lovely summer house with TV, kettle and toaster for chilling, and the showers and toilets looked like we the first people to ever use them! Spotless! Grounds and pitches were immaculate and very friendly owners - you can tell when owners have pride in what they're doing. Would definitely come again. Also great for cycling if you fancy a bit of climbing (or not...)

Fishing ok only little ones but still nice.

Disliked Took walk to post office shop but they don't sell bread and milk 🤔

A round of the local golf course to kickstart your Lincolnshire break? Elsham Golf Club (five minutes’ drive) has been around since 1900 and has 18 holes. Hull (35 minutes) is just as historic: there’s the Streetlife Museum with old trams, cars and carriages, as well as the Hull Maritime Museum. The Deep (half an hour) aquarium is another fine entertainment option with jellyfish, stingrays and sharks. If that has you wanting more of the water (but no more sharks, please and thank you), make your way to Cleethorpes (35 minutes) for paddleboarding and kayaking. Waters' Edge Country Park & Visitor Centre (15 minutes) has some sublime river views and dog-friendly walks, as well as a viewing port over the bridge. Admission

At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
Units will be allocated on arrival.

Changes to your holiday

Changes cannot be made once you have booked.

Dogs

Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

General

In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
Public areas are non-smoking.
Quiet hours must be respected between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m..
The fishing lakes are stocked with carp, tench, perch, and rudd.
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
This site does have a catch-and-return fishing policy in place.
You'll need an Environment Agency rod licence (you'll need to apply for this beforehand).

Hired accommodation

No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Occupancy

Group bookings of 3 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).
No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
Single-sex bookings of 3 or more people (couples and immediate family members excepted) are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
