Small, peaceful site set amongst acres of farmland

Orchard Park at Haven Bank, LN44XS is a small, privately run Caravan & Motorhome Club certificated location. We have 5 large pitches, which include grass and hardstanding. Electric hook-upcan be made available to all pitches with a max output of 10amps. We are limited to 5 units per night with a maximum stay of 28 days. All guests must be members of the Caravan and Motorhome Club. The Old Riverbank at Haven Bank is also available for non-members, caravan, motorhome or tents. This area has its own separate facilities with wonderful views across farmland. We also have 2 small but modern chalets complete with a small veranda and close to the shower and toilets. Chalet 1 has a triple bunk, TV/DVD, sink, hot and cold water, radiator, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities. Chalet 2 has a double bed and the same facilities as Chalet 1. Cost single occupancy £30 per night, double £35.00. For stays of more than two nights a discount may be arranged. In addition, we also offer a lovely static caravan which boasts bathroom and en-suite to the master bedroom. Full kitchen facilities and large TV in the living room. It has its own access and parking and small surrounding garden. Availability and price on application. We are located approximately 4 miles from RAF Coningsby with the jets and BBMF planes up regularly. We are close to Coningsby, Tattershall, Horncastle and Boston with Skegness and Lincoln being only approximately a 40 minute drive away. Booking terms and conditions

Admission

Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
This site only accepts bookings from existing Caravan and Motorhome Club members: please provide your membership number in the 'Special requests' box when booking.
Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

If the reception is closed on arrival, please check in at the the house.
Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
Units will be allocated on arrival.

Dogs

Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

Extras

Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

General

Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.
Quiet hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m..
Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Hired accommodation

No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of £25.00 will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Pitches

A cable measuring at least 0 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.

You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Reception is closed from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.. No arrivals are permitted between these times.

Safety

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
Firearms are not permitted.
Open fires are prohibited.

Vehicles

No vehicle movement between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m..
Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a touring caravan or a tent. If you wish to bring a car along with your motorhome/campervan please select the extra.
The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.

Visitors

Visitors must leave the premises by 10 p.m..
