A real find, Moorhampton Caravan Club Site is a charming, popular getaway which commonly sees its visitors return time and again. Formerly a railway station, the caravan park is nestled in the dreamy North Herefordshire countryside, with daffodils on the bank at the entrance and apple blossom in the orchard nearby. Moorhampton Caravan Club Site is located in the area of the famous black and white villages - start at Weobley only 4 miles away; there's a trail you can follow to explore some of them. Right off the beaten track, here you will find the opportunity to experience a perfect example of an old English village, with the church at its heart and 14th to 16th century timber-framed cottages lining its streets. The market town of Ludlow and Ludlow Castle are both well worth a visit. Also located nearby is the beautiful countryside of the Malvern Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). The caravan site is also within easy reach of the beautiful River Wye - places like Symonds Yat offer canoeing and fishing for those who enjoy water sports. Golfers won't be disappointed as there are well kept greens and facilities to be found nearby.
