Liked Everything! Great site with spotless facilities! Didn’t realise I’d cocked my booking until arrival.. Sara @ the booking in office sorted us out with no fuss at all.. she’s a star!
Pool was fab.. we now have webbed feet!
🤣 pitch very spacious .. toilets and showers lovely and clean… staff polite and courteous.. oh and the food was fab too an acres of space for picnics or kids to run around in…

Disliked Wir fänden eine Bäckerei oder frische Backwaren auf dem Platz gut.
In dem Waschhaus dass wir benutzen fehlten Waschbecken zum rasieren, waschen, Zähneputzen. Die vorhandenen Waschbecken waren dafür eher ungeeignet. Ist aber beides nicht schlimm und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Liked Lovely, pretty site, forest, grounds and parks. Swimming pool, entertainment, good food. Bookable activities for kids. Friendly staff.
Disliked Not the fault of the site but the wasps were relentless when sitting outside, maybe something could be done around the bins to help prevent so many being present.

Great facilities, good restaurant bar, loads to do, and loads of foot paths and MTB trails straight from the campsite. We will definitely be back

Liked Great facilities, all clean and close to each other. Lots of entertainment both evening and activities.
Restaurant and cafe both really nice and can order online.
Bike hire onsite with bike trail from campsite made it really convenient for exploring.
Walks straight from the campsite was great for dogs. warm dog wash was a huge touch. As was bike wash.
Disliked Phone 4g/5g not available but could access WiFi from restaurant and from pitch at non peak times. Recommended downloading anything before you get there. Although was perfect for switching off.

Disliked Limited toilet facilities for large volume of touring pitches. Some activities were quite highly priced (£10 for slime-making?). No sports competitions for kids.

Liked Site and facilities,however toilets were filthy 😔 also never saw a site warden all the time were there. Kids running riot on bikes a e scooters not set up for touring Great for families but not for us.

Disliked Think there was a issue with the toilet plumbing as toilets not flushing properly
Constantly dirty as paper not flushed away
Children cycling around or on roller blades at speed with no regard for their own safety or that of others.
Didn’t like putting my awning up on hard gravel
Could do with more toilets blocks for the amount of people staying there
