100% would recommend this site to a friend

100% would stay here again

What customers say

This is a peaceful, well-located campsite praised for its "wild camping" feel and beautiful countryside views. Visitors highlight the friendly owners, the clean toilet and washing facilities, and the convenience of the honesty shop for drinks and ice creams. The site is described as basic but offers good value, with ample space for pitching and children to play. Some guests found the sloping field a minor issue and noted that signposting could be improved. A second toilet has been suggested due to popularity.

Non-electric grass and earth tent or trailer tent pitch

Liked Great site in a very peaceful setting. Local to good walking routes to visit places like Hermits cave and the Dale Abbey Arch.

The honesty box hut is very handy to have with good value supplies like water, tea/coffee and ice creams. The toilet was clean also. With plenty of places on the field that is flat to pitch tents. Not much more could as for for a great little getaway.
