Em va agradar Bron-Y-Wendon Holiday Park Is situated in a lovely position with views overlooking the sea with a short walk to a coastal path that is great for walking or cycling enabling you to walk to Colwyn Bay one way or Abergele the other way.
We were greeted by the friendly staff and shown to our pitch. Shower facilities are very good clean with plenty of hot water etc.
There’s also a very regular bus service available by a short walk into Llanddulas enabling journeys to many places e.g. Llandudno, Conwy, Rhyl etc.
All in all a really lovely site in a brilliant position so much so that we plan to return again soon.

No em va agradar Locks on toilets and having to remember the code was tricky. Smelt of faeces constantly (maybe a drainage issue).1 shower/toilet block closed and other with only 2 working showers. Man working in the out of order shower whilst showering on the other side of it was a bit unnerving. Police sirens and trains constantly passing by. Very steep hill to get to SEA flood defence wall. NO BEACH ACCESS NEAR BY

We’re really pleased to hear you enjoyed the spacious, well-serviced pitches and the layout of the site—it's great to know the views and spacing made a positive impression.

The external toilet lock is there to prevent non-guests from using our facilities in the evenings when the office is closed. The code is provided on your arrival map, ensuring you have access whenever you need it.

We’re sorry that the odour and shower facilities did not meet the standard we aim to provide and completely understand how frustrating this must have been. While many of our guests comment positively on the cleanliness of our facilities, we take your feedback seriously and will pass it on to the relevant team to investigate, particularly the drainage and maintenance issues you highlighted.

We also apologise for any discomfort caused by ongoing maintenance work and will review how this can be better managed in the future.

We do advise that we are located between the A55 and the railway line and this means that some traffic and train noise is unfortunately unavoidable.

Em va agradar Water and electricity could have been closer to caravan you will need an extension for water but you can hire it from reception , nice clean site good walks , but overall a good site loverly staff very helpful will be going back 😃😃😃

We appreciate your comments about the pitch layout. Regarding the heating in the toilets, if you had raised this during your stay, we would have dealt with it immediately, as no other guests reported any issues at the time and have left comments regarding how warm our shower block is, however we thank you for your comment as we are always looking at ways to improve.

We understand that the noise from the A55 and the railway can take some getting used to, and we’re sorry if it affected your stay. Many of our guests enjoy the convenience of our location, but we appreciate it’s not for everyone. We hope to welcome you back in the future and provide an even better experience.

Pitches a little tight, with no room for chairs on our pitch, and noise from railway and A55 at night can disturb your sleep.
Good warm showers and security tag to get in and out of premises.

Our location does make a great base for exploring North Wales, so we’re glad you were able to make the most of it. As you mentioned, we are close to the main route, which can be noticeable at times, but many guests say they soon get used to it.

No em va agradar Pitch was in shade all day. Set up of waste , electric and water was totally messed up. All in different places. Finally the road noise was horrendous, stayed for theee nights and didn’t have a good nights sleep. Train track below site , A55 above constant noise.

The park’s layout, including the positioning of the electric, water and waste points, was designed before we took over the site, so some pitches do have services located in slightly different positions depending on the plot. To help with this, we do have extension leads available to hire for a small refundable deposit, and our team is always happy to assist guests with any setup issues.

We believe no concerns regarding the water or electric hook-up were raised with our team during your stay. Had we been made aware, we would have been more than happy to help, and we can confirm that alternative pitches were available at the time.

Being close to the railway line and within easy access of the A55 does mean there can be some background noise at times. However, this location also makes the park a convenient base for exploring North Wales and the surrounding areas.

We're pleased to hear you enjoyed the easy access to the beach, but we're sorry that overall your stay wasn’t as comfortable as we would have hoped.
