Liked Location, views, on site cafe and staff friendliness

Disliked Bathrooms, absolutely filthy. Mould and damp all over shower walls and every toilet seat in mens toilet loose. Filthy. lack of a warden/on site staff. Quiet time of 1030pm not observed or enforced. Lots of cannabis being smoked on site.
