From the manager: I am quite shocked that you left this review considering that you damaged our facilities! Prior to your arrival you received a pre arrival email with clear instructions and also a text on the day again with instructions on how to find us. We not only have a map but also What3Words to our gate. When you called I guided you to the site and we came round to check everything was ok. You left our shepherd's hut in the worst state we have ever had and caused a fire and smoke damage, this included burning several holes in our floor and through a rug. I have tried to contact you regarding this and you have ignored my messages and refused to pay the extra cleaning charge let alone the fire and smoke damage you cause. It is lucky the fire was not worse. Our showers and toilets are cleaned thoroughly and as you were the only ones staying that night were pristine for your arrival.
